SMS opt-in

Contractor lead alerts, opting in to a text.

This form lives inside a contractor's own signed-in OAS account. The two screenshots below are from an isolated test build with synthetic, invented data — never a real client, a real phone number or production.

The lead-alert text consent checkbox, unticked, with its disclosure: the sender's name, message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, STOP and HELP, and links to the Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Before saving: the consent checkbox and its disclosure, unticked. Synthetic test data, not a real client.

The same account page after saving: Text me selected, a mobile number entered, and the consent checkbox ticked.

After saving: the text-alert choice, the mobile number and the agreement, as the form keeps them. The mobile number shown is a reserved fictional number (555-01xx) from a test build, not a real contractor.

Questions about these texts: the consent screen links to the Terms, the Privacy Policy and OAS's contact page (“ask OAS about these texts”). The branded HELP reply — which names Overhead Automation Solutions and its support number, +1 631-800-7449 — is an additional support channel; the consent screen itself shows neither a phone number nor an email address.
