That is agreed in writing between us, and that agreement governs the work. This page is about the website you are reading, and it is not a substitute for it. The websites OAS builds for its clients are separate sites, and each carries its own.

This site describes what OAS does. It does not sell anything.
No prices, no checkout
There is no price on this site, no checkout, and nothing to subscribe to. Nothing described here is an offer capable of being accepted, and reading it puts you under no obligation. Work starts when we have both agreed what it is and what it costs, in writing.
What we say about results
We describe what OAS handles, not what it will earn you. This site carries no performance figures, no conversion rates and no guarantees about leads or revenue, because we have not measured those for your business and will not invent them.

Worth being exact about, because a website full of other people's work is the ordinary way this is done.
The example websites are examples
The contractor websites shown on this site are examples built by OAS to show what a site looks like. They are labelled as examples wherever they appear. They are not clients, not case studies and not a portfolio of delivered work, and the businesses in them are illustrative rather than real customers of OAS.
The photography is stock photography
The trade photography on this site is licensed stock imagery used for illustration. It is not a record of work done by OAS or by any business shown, and no image here is presented as a completed job, a before-and-after or a portfolio piece.

If OAS sent your business a personalized preview, this is what it is and is not.
A demonstration, not a claim
A preview is a demonstration OAS builds from publicly available business information, to show what a website for that business could look like. It is not a live website, it does not belong to the business it names, and it is not a claim that OAS works for that business or has any relationship with it. A preview deliberately cannot take an enquiry and carries no legal pages, coverage promises or reply promises, so that it never speaks for a business that has not agreed to anything.
Names, logos and marks
A business name, logo or mark appearing in a preview belongs to its owner and is used only to show that business what OAS could build for it. If you are that owner and would rather it did not exist, tell us and we will take it down — you do not need a reason. Previews expire on their own within days in any case.
