If OAS does work for you
That is agreed in writing between us, and that agreement governs the work. This page is about the website you are reading, and it is not a substitute for it. The websites OAS builds for its clients are separate sites, and each carries its own.
Nothing here is a price or an offer
This site describes what OAS does. It does not sell anything.
No prices, no checkout
There is no price on this site, no checkout, and nothing to subscribe to. Nothing described here is an offer capable of being accepted, and reading it puts you under no obligation. Work starts when we have both agreed what it is and what it costs, in writing.
What we say about results
We describe what OAS handles, not what it will earn you. This site carries no performance figures, no conversion rates and no guarantees about leads or revenue, because we have not measured those for your business and will not invent them.
How we handle the leads we receive for you
OAS uses third-party service providers, including Google Cloud and its subprocessors, to receive, store and deliver the leads submitted through a client business’s website or recorded for it. This is solely to provide the OAS service to that business, and by using the service a business authorizes that use.

Worth being exact about, because a website full of other people's work is the ordinary way this is done.
The example websites are examples
The contractor websites shown on this site are examples built by OAS to show what a site looks like. They are labelled as examples wherever they appear. They are not clients, not case studies and not a portfolio of delivered work, and the businesses in them are illustrative rather than real customers of OAS.
The photography is stock photography
The trade photography on this site is licensed stock imagery used for illustration. It is not a record of work done by OAS or by any business shown, and no image here is presented as a completed job, a before-and-after or a portfolio piece.
Website previews
If OAS sent your business a personalized preview, this is what it is and is not.
A demonstration, not a claim
A preview is a demonstration OAS builds from publicly available business information, to show what a website for that business could look like. It is not a live website, it does not belong to the business it names, and it is not a claim that OAS works for that business or has any relationship with it. A preview deliberately cannot take an enquiry and carries no legal pages, coverage promises or reply promises, so that it never speaks for a business that has not agreed to anything.
Names, logos and marks
A business name, logo or mark appearing in a preview belongs to its owner and is used only to show that business what OAS could build for it. If you are that owner and would rather it did not exist, tell us and we will take it down — you do not need a reason. Previews expire on their own within days in any case.
Texting you about your own request
OAS does not currently offer this, on any website it runs.
The OAS Customer Request Updates program is not offered
OAS Customer Request Updates is the name for texting a customer about the status of their own request. No website OAS runs currently offers it, and none offers a customer marketing texts either. Because neither is offered, OAS collects no consent for either. Questions about this can be sent to OAS.
Texting contractors about their own leads
If you are a contractor who ticked the box on your own OAS account asking to be texted about a new lead, this is a separate program from the one above, and this is what you agreed to.
The OAS contractor lead alerts program
OAS contractor lead alerts is its own program, separate from the OAS Customer Request Updates program above: agreeing to one is not agreeing to the other. It is texts from Overhead Automation Solutions (OAS) to a contractor who holds an OAS account and opts in on that account’s Account page — one text for each new enquiry that arrives for their own business, plus one confirmation text when they opt in. It carries no marketing. Message frequency varies: one text for each new enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop the texts, or HELP for help.
